1. Login & Logoff

1.1. After install Privacy Encryptor, run it from Windows Start menu or go to its installation folder and double click ysws.exe. When it is starting, it shows the following image and waiting it to be disappeared.

1.2. Then it appears login dialog as following:

1.3. Input your password and press OK to login or just press Cancel without login. Initially its password is "ysws". You can change it after you have registered.

1.4. After login it popup a message box from Windows tray. And a new loaded disk will show in Windows Explorer.

1.5. From now on all predefined traces will be saved into a encrypted virtual disk automatically.

1.6. If you want to logoff it, right click red icon of Privacy Encryptor at Windows tray zone. Then select "Logoff" to logoff privacy mode. You can also select "Quit" to quit it.

2. Changing password

2.1. Registered user can change login password. If you have logoff or not login at startup, right click yellow icon of Privacy Encryptor at Windows tray zone.

2.2. Then select "Change Password" from the popup menu and change password dialog will show. In the dialog input your old password and your new password twice, then press OK to change your login password. The change password will take some seconds and please wait until it's completed.

Note: Unregistered user can't see the "Change Password" item from popup menu.

3. Cleaning traces

3.1. In normal mode (without login or already logoff) you can clean Windows and applications traces saved outside of virtual disk. This function likes other clean tools, for example, CCleaner.
Right click yellow icon of Privacy Encryptor at Windows tray zone and select "Clean Traces" from popup menu. Then in the clean traces dialog check which type of traces you want to clean. After selecting press OK to start clean.
If any file is locked while cleaning, you will be prompted to restart your computer, this file will be deleted until you restart your computer.

3.2. In privacy mode (login) you can clean Windows and applications traces saved inside of virtual disk.
"Clean Traces"from popup menu. Then in the clean traces dialog check which type of traces you want to clean. After selecting press OK to start clean.
In privacy mode, locked file will not be deleted because it is in encrypted disk and can't be view without login.
In privacy mode, the only reason to do cleaning is to free more space.

4. Registering

4.1. First purchase Privacy Encryptor from any shareware web site and get a serial number.

4.2. From popup menu select "Register" and show following register dialog.

4.3. Input your serial number into four input text boxes at top and press OK to generate a register code, the code will display in bottom text box.

4.5 After about 2 work days you will receive license files. Copy license files to your Privacy Encryptor installation folder and then you are registered user. You can confirm it by select "About" from popup menu.
